Dormitorio was stablished by Luna Faye in 2023.
The name means bedroom in Spanish. Dormitorio is born with the intention to translate the calmness, intimacy and safety of one's bedroom into the world through textiles.
The textile work focuses on blending materiality, tradition and modern living. Understanding the tensions to create beautifully crafted and mindful pieces that merge to enhance the feelings of home, togetherness and artistry.
Luna is born in Madrid and carries within her an interest and knowledge in craftsmanship. Luna’s practice moves around the tradition of textile making. With an interest in interiors, her work is set to compliment and enhance the space the textiles is inhabiting, whether that is a kitchen, a studio or a dinner. Textiles bring warmth and a texture to invite the humanity into the space.
